CAKE:
1. Preheat oven to 180°c / 160°c, line and grease a 20cm deep round cake pan
2. Beat butter and sugar together until consistency is light and creamy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beat well, then add dark chocolate, beat well.

4. Add sifted baking cocoa powder and flour alternately with milk.
5. Transfer the prepared mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
6. Insert toothpick or fork in the center to test, if it comes out clean, it is done.
ICING:
1. Melt dark chocolate and butter together in saucepan over low heat. Allow to cool then refrigerate once spreading consistency is achieved.
FILLING:
1. Combine dark chocolate and cream and beat until consistency is thick.
2. Cut cake in half. Apply filling on top of bottom half up to desired thickness. Place top half back and spread the icing over cake top.
